Where you're at - either A or B
A You dip in and out of exercise and you feel like you should be doing something, as and when you can.
B You're already exercising and doing other stuff but this looks like fun and you'd like to do it when you can fit it in amongst other commitments.
The problems you have right now - either A or B
A You've struggled to maintain an interest in exercise but you know you should. You've not really stuck at any one thing. This looks fun and might actually be something you can see yourself sticking to, however you may not be able to attend consistently every week.
B You're doing other stuff and would like to keep that going but you'd like to add something new in to the mix. You'd just like some more variety or you've hit a plateau in your fitness and you'd like to start getting results again and moving towards where you want to be.
What you need help with right now - either A or B
A You need help with getting fit, toning up and losing weight, but you've never found anything that you've continued with for long. You need something fun, different, that gets results, but also to not have to worry about keeping up.
